If you’re looking for a post workout smoothie, especially good for after fasting cardio, and that gives you energy, reduces inflammation, nourishes every cell in your body & give you the feeling of fullness, the coconut banana avocado smoothie could be the one for you.
As one of my go to smoothies, it not only tastes great but there are numerous health benefits, such as:

Ingredients:
- 1 BPA-free can of full fat Coconut Milk
- 5 cups water
- ½ avocado
- 6 TBSP hemp seeds
- 2 TBSP flax seeds
- 2 handfuls of organic baby spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1-2 scoops organic collagen
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- Ice
Makes 2 servings.
Some tips and tricks for smoothie making:
- Make enough for 2 sittings so that you have something nutritious, delicious and easy for you to grab and go. Warning: You may need a spoon to eat the smoothie at the second sitting.
- Substitute chocolate protein powder for vanilla, remove the greens and add nut butter for a more dessert like but healthy smoothie.
