Nearly every snack and meal I eat involves very important pieces.
The main components of this meal are:
1) Balanced – contains all the macronutrients: healthy carbs, protein & healthy fat
2) Rainbow of Colours = variety of nutrients
3) Fibre = optimal digestion = optimal health
Incorporating these components into meals and snacks will have you well on your way to optimal health and happiness!
