– Make extra food to have leftovers to eat the days to follow.
– Eat nutritious and delicious balanced meals & snacks. Balanced = good quality carbs, protein & healthy fat.
– Do a bulk cook – make multiple dishes at one time.
– Wash, cut and peel extra veggies or fruit, on the weekend or one or two nights a week.
– Have healthy fat & protein on hand to eat with your meals & snacks.
